The city of Newcastle has organized the Children’s Summe Art Fest recently and motivated many families with children of all ages to come along and try out some art together. For 50 years, every year almost 500 children get together to be creative with others. Drawing with crayons on the streets or designing caricatures with professional artists – there is something for everyone. Ballon creatures and bracelets are made and T-Shirts are dyed. Everyone involved in this event loves the project and to see the children enjoying themselves on a summer Friday afternoon.
