Bob Dylan: The first musician to receive a Nobel Prize

Last week, everyone has been talking about the announcement of the noble prize committee choosing Bob Dylan for the literature prize. Some people are outraged and others welcome this truly modern way of picking an recipient for a prize with such high prestige. However, Bob Dylan has inspired generations with statements like “art is a never-ending dance of illusions” or “no one is free, even the birds are chained to the sky”.

From our point of view, Bob Dylan is a true poet and there is no one who would deserve the prize more than he does. Art can be found in different places and literature does not have to be restricted to books.
