Department for Education as role model

The pay gap between women and men in the department for education as one of the smallest in the country. Currently, women only earn 5.9% less than men in the department for education, compared to a national average of more than 18%. Education Secretary and Minister for Women and Equalities Justine Greening said her department was setting an example on promoting gender equality.
