I would describe my colleague as well-organized, competent, understanding and most definitely incredibly creative and courageous…she lives the company values.
I have been working alongside Nadia since October 2014 and it’s been a very rewarding experience. One of the best aspects about working with Nadia is that she always provides a clear plan of action, and offers guidance and support if you have any queries. We also have regular progress checks which provide an opportunity to discuss as a team how we think the students are doing and identify any areas that need to be addressed.
Since my responsibilities have increased to include coordinating the Maths lessons that we provide, there is always discussion before the material is finalised. Communication has always been a very important component of the team dynamic. Nadia produces all of the English material for the students, and she is always very comprehensive and organised in her approach to structuring the lessons.
This means that at every session each individual student is always aware of what is required of them. Student performance is tracked as marks are recorded at the end of each lesson. This provides a platform for us to see which areas students are struggling in as well as which areas are their strengths. This is just one of the many ways that lesson quality is maintained.
One of the things which Nadia places emphasis on is having an open channel of communication with parents about how students are doing. This is very helpful because it means that we work alongside parents to make sure that the students are making the most of the lessons.
